Free Delivery

All orders come with free standard UK delivery included

Orders despatched same or next day post via Evri / Royal Mail. Orders before 14.00 are normally despatched the same day – orders after 14:00 next day. Larger items e.g. Holdalls etc are sent via Courier.

Orders received before 14:00 can be sent with DHL next day delivery  after 14:00 will go out the next day again with a guaranteed service. Shipping costs will be generated at checkout, however a guide to pricing is below for reference.

 

Europe

Hats, purses and wallets – £7.50
Smaller bags £15.00
Larger items e.g. Holdalls £20.00

Smaller items ( up to 2KGs) are sent via Royal Mail Airmail and will require a signature on delivery. Larger items are sent via Courier

 

USA, Canada & ROW

Purses and wallets – £10
Hats – £20
Smaller bags £20.00
Larger items e.g. Holdalls £30.00

Taxes & Duties

When exporting goods outside the UK, all appropriate tax and VAT will be removed from the price of the product.
Please note: we take no responsibility for any import and duties charges outside of the UK.

 

Returns

If you need to return an item to us please first send an email to us detailing the following:

Your name.
Order number.
Reason for return: Unwanted gift / Faulty on receipt / Ordered wrong size / Ordered wrong colour.

 

“My item is too big/ small / I don’t like the colour or unwanted gift.”

Please send the email as above within 14 days of receiving the item. Then arrange for the goods to be send back to us. Returned goods must be unused, and supplied with their original packaging.

Goods, with returns forms will be refunded by the method you used to pay for your order. This may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds.

“My item was faulty on Arrival”

Please send the email as above before sending us the item. Your refund will be processed once we have received the completed form and the goods.

  1. Please state if you require a refund or replacement
  2. Note – Goods, with returns forms will be refunded by the method you used to pay for your order. This may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds.

“Who pays the postage on returned Items?”

If you return something due to it being unsuitable or e.g. an unwanted gift, you will need to pay the postage for it to be returned to us.

If you need to return a faulty item we will refund up to £10 postage. For larger items (UK only) we can arrange collection from you. Please include the best address and day on the returns form so we can quickly arrange this.
